Deck Building Lead Carpenters and Carpenters

Deckworks Cedar Valley is seeking dependable, motivated people to join our growing and knowledgeable team. Previous wood framing experience is great, but we also welcome the opportunity to train anyone interested in entering and learning our valuable trade. Starting salary is negotiable based on experience. 

 

Pay Rates:

• Carpenter- Starting at $15-$17 per hour (no experience required)

• Lead Carpenter (min. 3 years’ experience)- $17-$21

• Health Insurance- Over 50% of premium covered (after 60 days)

• Simple IRA with company match (after 12 months)

• PTO up to 5 weeks (after 60 days with 100% reimbursement)

Requirements:

• Tool belt

• Basic Hand Tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)

• Transportation
